Shipping policy

At SpiritForge, we work with trusted print-on-demand partners (Printful and Prodigi) as well as fulfill select items in-house. This allows us to offer a wider range of products while maintaining quality and efficiency.

All items are made to order or packed after purchase, meaning production begins once your order is placed.


Processing & Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner:

Printful items: 2–5 business days for production
Prodigi items: 1–4 business days for production
In-house items: 1–3 business days if in stock

Please note that orders with multiple items may have different production times.


Shipping Timeframes (United States Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Once your order has been produced, it is shipped using standard shipping:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may:

• Ship in separate packages
• Arrive on different days
• Ship from different locations within the United States

This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery overall.


Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Undeliverable address
• Failed delivery attempt

We may require additional shipping fees to resend your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many items are made to order, orders begin processing quickly.

We cannot guarantee:

• Order changes
• Address changes
• Cancellations

Once production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• High order volume
• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Production delays
• Holidays

SpiritForge is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SpiritForge is not responsible for:

• Lost packages marked delivered
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delivery errors

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the United States only
• International shipping is not available at this time

Your order may be fulfilled by:

• Printful
• Prodigi
