ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Our Commitment

SpiritForge (spiritforgeco.com), operated by Aesiron LLC, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and hold ourselves to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our accessibility standard.


Measures Taken

SpiritForge has taken the following concrete measures to support accessibility:

  • Conducted a full accessibility audit of spiritforgeco.com in June 2026.
  • Applied descriptive alternative text to all 170+ product images and media files.
  • Verified keyboard navigation functionality across all pages, including custom buttons and interactive elements.
  • Confirmed skip-to-content link functionality for screen reader and keyboard users.
  • Installed JAWS screen reader compatibility code for all email signup forms.
  • Verified and corrected color contrast on all interactive elements to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
  • Confirmed proper heading structure (H1 → H2 → H3) across all pages.
  • Verified all form elements carry accessible labels.
  • Confirmed all Klaviyo email signup forms pass WCAG 2.0 AA standards via Klaviyo's built-in Accessibility Assistant.
  • Verified this site using the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool.


Conformance Status

SpiritForge is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content does not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve remaining issues.

Known Limitations: Despite our best efforts, some areas of this website may not yet be fully accessible. Known current limitations include:

  • Certain product card elements contain ARIA reference attributes inherited from our theme provider (Shopify/Dawn) that reference non-rendering elements in specific card display configurations. These do not prevent users from accessing or purchasing products but may cause screen readers to announce incomplete labels on some product cards. We have documented this issue and are working with our theme provider toward resolution.
